The “How”

My sessions use a combination of neuromuscular education, gentle manual work, movement guidance, and PDTR-informed techniques to help clients enhance functional awareness and optimize how they move and feel. These services do not replace medical care and no outcomes are guaranteed.

With physical therapy with P-DTR, you will gain strength and flexibility, develop new or re-learn more efficient movement patterns and body mechanics, and learn self management strategies as we identify and treat the root cause of the dysfunction.

My approach to empowering clients in developing their most resilient mind and body involves a combination of:

  • detailed assessment and treatment of  abnormal movement patterns through tactile resistance and exercises

  • manual therapeutic bodywork

  • education on proper body mechanics and neuroscience of pain

  • lifestyle holistic coaching to optimize and maintain gains.

  • one on one yoga for beginners and or recovering from injury/surgery

  • Yin/ Restorative yoga private and semi-private
