  • Do I take insurance? No, I am a cash based practice. Cash and Venmo payments accepted. I can provide a superbill upon your request to submit to your insurance if you determine ahead of time your out of network coverage.

  • How is my approach different from run of the mill insurance physical therapy rehab? Treatment will heavily focus on body work and P-DTR to reset the nervous system

  • How soon are appointments available? appointments available within 1 week.

  • What can I expect for the first visit and follow-up visits? Each appointment is 50 minutes. A full subjective and objective assessment , and treatment with manual therapy and P-DTR initiated for major impairments.

  • Do I need a medical prescription to start treatment? No, California is a direct access state where you can self refer to physical therapy. You need a medical prescription if treatment extends beyond 45 days or 12 visits, whichever comes first.

  • What should I wear for the treatment sessions? Wear loose comfortable clothing to assess multiple body parts easily. The whole body is integrated , and your foot pain could be cause of your headaches.

  • Are virtual visits available? Yes, but in-person visits are preferred to maximize benefit.

  • Should I write up the full history of my condition and give you a heads up on my major concerns? Optional but highly encouraged .
